Last Passenger Train Departing Peel - 50th Anniversary Event

SPECIAL NOSTALGIA EVENT - Friday 7th September 2018, 3.30pm - 50th Anniversary of Last Passenger Train departing from Peel in 1968. Organised by the Manx Transport Heritage Museum, the event commences 3.30pm in the foyer of the House of Manannan at Peel, built on the actual former railway station site and included the old station building and goods shed within its structure. If you have memories of the final days of passenger services on the Peel Line or indeed travelled on that last train hauled by No.5 MONA, please do come down to the event to recount your memories with fellow attendees.
