Four-Wheel Carriage B.13

From the Metropolitan Carriage & Wagon Co.,Ltd., of Saltley Works in Birmingham for the 1873 opening of the Peel Line, from 1882 this carriage was close-coupled to B.22 and in 1926 the two were mounted on a new bogie underframe to become “pair” F.60; the frames were used to construct K.25, bogie underframe became R.6 in 1967 at which point the bodies were scrapped.
