Four-Wheel Carriage B.20

Built by the Metropolitan Carriage & Wagon Co.,Ltd., of Saltley Works in Birmingham for the 1873 opening of the Peel Line, from 1883 this carriage was close-coupled to B.16 and in 1919 the two were mounted on a new bogie underframe to become F.57; the frames were used to construct K.19 and bodies scrapped, frames as flat wagon today.
