The possibility of repatriating the frames of No.7 Tynwald has been under consideration by the board of the Supporters’ Association and discussion pending various factors as at May of 2026; ultimately it is hoped that they can return to the railway and be displayed, there are no plans for a full restoration.

The frames were owned by the now defunct Three Foot Gauge Railway Society and were removed from the railway in September 2012.  If you can help with this proposal please get in touch with The Secretary who will be happy to discuss this matter; image shows the believed present location and state.
