Timetable Archives : The 2020s

The start of the 2020 season on 6th March was curtailed with trains ceasing on 19th March owing to the first Covid-19 lockdown, revised timetables as below saw services recommence later in the year.  The now standard pattern with R being the usual four trains each way per day remained in effect, with November weekend running introduced for the first time in 2022 designated as a new timetable N (the usual R pattern bus without the south-based train in operation).  Both the 2020 and 2021 timetables were disturbed by various lockdowns, with a reversion to a standard issue from 2022, the 2023 (current) timetable follows the same pattern, but with the loss of monthly Commuter Club trains and two days (1st and 30th July) designated as timetable X for special anniversary events, for which a separate timetable was issued within the Year Of Railways pamphlet.
