En route back home to the Groudle Glen Railway, locomotive Annie paid a visit to Douglas Station this morning hauled by traction engine Talisman.  The locomotive will be touring the island before returning down the glen including stops at Derby Castle, King Edward Road, the former Groudle Glen Hotel, Liverpool Arms, Ham & Egg Terrace, The Salmo Centre in Laxey prior to making its way back to home metals. The full itinerary is reproduced below.  The event can also be followed on the railway’s own social media pages.  It will join resident steam locomotives Sea Lion, Brown Bear and Otter as well as the rest of the diesel and battery electric fleet.
