...the Tickethall café at the Douglas railway station is open for business again;v now that the trains are back in action for the Isle of Man Railway season, the café has resumed its operations, offering an exciting new daytime food menu.  The Tickethall has some exciting plans for the future, including a refurbishment and a new menu launch in the coming weeks.  Although we are undergoing refurbishment, we are still open to the public, so you can come in anytime from 9.30am until the last train leaves, seven days a week.  We welcome you to come and experience the unique ambiance of the Tickethall and witness the new changes soon to come!...

The railway season continues, with trains running to timetable “R” again from tomorrow, Thursday 30th  March.  Events marking the 150th anniversary of the Peel Line start on 1st July with a special day of services followed by a full festival at the end of that month with all island railways taking part in an eight day extravaganza.
